Our Modular buildings are built to the same codes required of any commercial building structure.  We utilize quality name brand materials stored safely out of the weather to manufacture our buildings including:

• Plumbing and electrical materials
• HVAC systems
• Walls and ceiling
• Floor coverings
• Windows and window treatments
• And other custom features

Modular buildings are constructed in a controlled factory environment and shipped to our client's prepared building site for installation.  Our buildings can be installed for temporary (relocatable) or permanent applications.  They are fully code compliant and meet the strictest structural and quality standards.

Initially, we will evaluate your specific operational space requirements and determine how we can best meet your needs within your outlined budget.  We will follow this up with a detailed proposal detailing our solution to your space requirements.
